The first stage:
Create the reference points Bench Marks
Description:
Establishing reference points and carefully selecting their locations in cooperation with the General Directorate of Geodesy and the implementing company, ensuring that they are not affected by the surrounding environmental conditions, and making 4 reference points for each station, to obtain the greatest possible accuracy in monitoring the data, and taking the necessary and required measurements and altitudes for all points to calibrate the tide monitoring stations and obtain accurate instantaneous data.

The second stage:
Establishing tide monitoring and meteorological stations and establishing a central station
Description:
Installing tide monitoring devices and meteorological data and calibrating them based on the information and measurements of reference points, and establishing a central station At the headquarters of the General Commission Survey in Riyadh, to ensure the process of sending and receiving data efficiently, and to create a display page for the central station to view the stations' work and receive real-time data, its accuracy and dealing with it.
