​​​Reference is made to the Council of Ministers’ resolution No. 40 regarding the endorsement of the controls applicable to e-government transactions in government agencies. Item (5) of the afore-mentioned controls requires that: “each government agency shall manage its own data and information bases, keep the shared government data in its possession open to electronic access by other government users in order to enable integrated data exchange among government agencies and facilitate the provision of e-government services in accordance with the program-determined requirements”. ​
