To achieve integrated use of the geospatial information system; GEOSA sets and updates standards relating to the surveying,geospatial information and imaging sector, and to ensure compliance with said standards.

National Geospatial Data Standards

A document containing standards for collecting, documenting, maintaining, and updating geospatial data, and set its specifications, production requirements, quality standards for such data and how it is evaluated and managed.
