This electronic portal of the General Authority for Survey and Geospatial Information (GEOSA), in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, (hereinafter referred to as the "the GEOSA Portal” or "the Portal") is for private use by individual users. Accessing and using the Portal is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein and to the prevailing regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including but not limited to, such regulations as the Electronic Transaction System and the Cyber Crime Combat Law. Your access to the Portal would mean that you have unconditionally accepted the Terms and Conditions of Usage, no matter if you have entered as a registered user or not, and your acceptance will enter into effect on the first day you start using the Portal. Any amendment to these terms and conditions shall take effect right after being announced, unless otherwise is indicated. If you continue to use this Portal following the announcement of any amendment, this continued use of the Portal will be taken to mean that you fully accept the amendment. The present Terms and Conditions of Usage also cover the Privacy Policy and Property Rights.

In using the GEOSA Portal, you agree to refrain from the following:

• Providing or downloading files containing software, materials, data or other information that you have no property rights to nor do you hold license for.
• Providing or downloading any files on this Portal containing viruses or corrupted data, or any malicious software, or acting in a manner that might affect the integrity,reliability, or continuation of the information on the GEOSA Portal.
• Using the GEOSA Portal to publish, post, distribute or circulate materials or information aimed at such purposes as defamation or breaking the law, or otherwise use pornographic, filthy or Anti-Sharia Law, or morally unacceptable material, or any illegal material or information.
• Use any means, program or procedure to counteract or attempt to counteract the appropriate operation of the GEOSA Portal.
• Taking any steps or action that would add unreasonable or excessively sizable load to the GEOSA Portal ’s infrastructure.
• Any act that is considered a violation of the Anti-Cybercrime Law or any other relevant regulation in force in the Kingdom

Incoming and Out-Going Linkage to the GEOSA Portal

Except as set forth below, you are not allowed to transfer, copy or establish any electronic links on the GEOSA Portal, any of the contents thereof or display any such material in a frame. You should submit a specific application and get it approved by the GEOSA before you go on to establish electronic links to this Portal, display any of their contents in a frame or take part in similar or related activities. The GEOSA reserves the right to impose any conditions when it issues the approval for the establishment of an electronic link to this Portal or to any of its contents, or the display of this Portal or any of its contents in a frame. The GEOSA shall in no way be a participant or in any way associated, in any form of relationship, with any trade or service marks, logos, or codes or otherwise related to any other means used or displayed on the websites linked to this Portal or any of its contents. The GEOSA reserves full rights to stop and block any form of linkage to any website if it contains inappropriate, disgraceful, transgressive, filthy, pornographic, indecent, unacceptable or illegal or if it contains names, material or information that run-in contradiction or in violation of the law, or infringing to any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights. The GEOSA reserves the right to disable any form of unauthorized linkage and will not accept any responsibility for the contents of any website that can be accessed through this Portal or the website itself is capable of being used to gain access to this Portal.

Communication links to electronic portals and/or other websites are established for your convenience and the GEOSA will neither be responsible for the contents nor the credibility of the portals and/or the websites linked to it. Nor shall the GEOSA testify to the authenticity of their contents. Using the linkage to access such websites or portals can only be done at your own personal risk. We will strive to replace severed, i.e. disabled, links with other websites, but we cannot guarantee that these links will work permanently.

The GEOSA Portal and Services, Information, Materials and Jobs available on or those accessible through the GEOSA Portal are provided for your personal usage "as is" and "as available" without any kind of undertaking, commitment or warranty whatsoever. GEOSA is under no obligation to guarantee or assume responsibility for any disruptions, errors or omissions arising from the use of this portal, its contents or any website linked to it, with or without its knowledge. Users may not claim property rights or rights to the confidentiality of any communications or information they send through this Portal. Moreover, the GEOSA Portal is not required, nor should it be assumed to be required, to guarantee the offer of any rights, licenses or privileges to users against any usage or interactive usage conducted on the platform of this Portal.

Users are required to ensure that no action shall be taken against the GEOSA or any of its affiliates and that the GEOSA and any parties, employees or agents responsible for the administration, maintenance, updating or presenting GEOSA Portal shall be compensated and kept immune from liability toward any and all obligations and responsibilities that may eventually come about in connection with any claim arising from any breach, that you may have committed, of the Terms and Conditions of Usage, or any applicable law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the country of your residence.

The GEOSA may, on its own discretion, decide to terminate, restrict or suspend your right to access and use the Portal without notice and for any reason, including a violation of the Terms and Conditions of Usage or any other kind of conduct which GEOSA may deem unlawful or harmful to others. In case of termination, you will be denied any further access to this Portal.

This Portal is supervised by the Department of Information Technology which is part of the organization of the General Authority for Survey and Geospatial Information (GEOSA) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The material contained in the Portal, including the graphic representations of information and software (contents), are protected by copyrights, trademarks, as well as other forms of property rights. Except as otherwise indicated, you may not sell, license, lease, modify, copy, reproduce, reprint, download, advertise, transfer, distribute, publicly display, edit or create any works derived from any material or contents carried by this Portal, whether such doings are directed to the general public or aimed at some commercial purposes, without the prior written consent of the GEOSA in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any amendment to the contents of the Portal is strictly prohibited. The graphics and images on this portal are under copyright protection and may not be reproduced or exploited in any way whatsoever without the prior written consent of the GEOSA in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

On sight of this, you must solemnly declare that you agree that any disputes arising in respect of your usage of this Portal shall be settled by referral to the judicial authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
